We are in a unique position of growth and expansion, even during the current
economic situation.
We are currently looking to hire a dynamic, passionate and humble individual who
will work directly with the CEO to manage the operations department for the business.
* * Position is located on site in Midtown Manhattan – 1 block from Penn Station
(option to occasionally work virtually), is full time (40+ hours) and includes
opportunities for growth. * *
The successful candidate has a proven track record of organizing, systemizing and
managing companies with multiple divisions and projects. This person loves to create
order from chaos, see things through completion, manage people and analyze the
statistical success of each project (when needed).
This individual appreciates the humble beginnings of an entrepreneurial endeavor.
Responsibilities and necessary skillsets include but not limited to:
• Create organized systems for all individual roles and tasks
• Management of quantitative and analytical projects
• Hire and manage key employees for individual roles identified
• Manage vendors and client relations
• Able to prioritize and multi-task
• Special projects & producing results on-demand
• Flexible schedule; can support project demands that exceed regular business hours
• Comfortable and resourceful in high-pressure “Nail biter” situations
• Positive attitude and always looking for a solution to any situation that may occur
• Manage websites and online projects
• Administrative support for the CEO until the position is filled
Additional skills and traits required include:
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills (Google Docs a plus)
• Internet Savvy (can navigate and learn most online software quickly)
• Avid learner (loves to read, listen to audios and/or watch videos)
• High level of integrity
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player and leader when needed
• Self starter and self motivated
• Natural finisher of projects
• Humble and willing to do what it takes
• Someone who’s “on it” – can think several steps ahead
• Personal interest, open to and/or passionate about Personal Growth

• Articulate Writer (can write blog posts, articles, etc. well)
• Experience with Social Media (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Proficient with Quickbooks
• Understanding of Internet Marketing
Trail Period:
Due to the important nature of this role, there will be a 3 month trial period.
Our intention is to have the successful candidate be in a long term position with
the company.
